Met with owner and discussed the following: - PHO recommendations - are followed and signs are posted Low temperature dishwasher supplied with bleach/ and measured at 100ppm Test strips provided Glass washer at the front use iodine Public washroom and staff at the back - are very well maintained The following items need your attention: - ceiling lights above the cooking area require covers - walk in cooler - some mold observed on the walls and ceiling - please wash and paint these surfaces so will be easy to clean for further maintenance - clean floors/ ceilings in the kitchen area
