Shelving unit where chemicals are stored are cleaned. Ensure to separate food away from chemicals (e.g. sauces). Operator moved products immediately.
Paper towel available in the washroom at the back.
Paper towel dispenser in the front of the house handsink was being repaired at time of inspection.
Walk-in cooler floors cleaned. Droppings around dough mixer and window sill removed.
Reviewed manual warewashing procedure with operator - no issues, drain plugs and test strips available.
Discussed temperature record again, ensure not to record on salad and taco coolers when they are not present onsite.

*Increase ceiling lighting in the kitchen and send pest control reports by e-mail for review.
