Comments

Please note, repeat violations will result in progressive enforcement. This means Correction or Closure Orders, and/or violation tickets.
2 compartment sink supplied with liquid soap, paper towels, hot/cold running water
Walk in cooler 4C
Floors extremely slippery . Recommend using a different cleaning product to cut through the grease.
Otherwise, general sanitation satisfactory.

As discussed on numerous occasions, if you can prove your gulab jamun are shelf stable product, you may treat them as such. Promised lab reports from well over 1 year ago have not materialized. Gulab jamun are generally hazardous - meaning they support the growth of illness-causing bacteria.
Follow up inspection tomorrow. Do not begin using the display cooler until your EHO has verified the temperature.
