Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Few food containers observed stored directly on top of other food in the coolers. Staff placed the containers of food away from other food during inspection and covered food items which required covering.
Corrective Action(s): Store all food covered and avoid double-stacking food containers to prevent contamination of food.

Observation: Wall below dishwashing area, near the floor observed with large hole.

- All hot-holding units at or above 60'C
- General sanitation is satisfactory
- Hand washing stations are unobstructed and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel
- Low-temperature chemical dishwasher measured at 50 ppm chlorine concentration at plate surface
- Bleach sanitizer in bucket with wiping cloth measured at 200 ppm chlorine concentration
- All food observed stored at least 6 inches off the floor
- Rice scoops observed stored in ice water bath - good!
- Ice machine observed in good sanitary condition
- Ventilation canopy observed in okay sanitary condition
- No signs of recent pest activity during inspection
- Professional pest control company is contracted to complete monthly inspections
- Mechanical traps observed in place
- Back screen door observed replaced and in good condition - good!
- FOODSAFE Level 1 trained staff available on site
- Permit posted in a conspicuous location on site
- Public washrooms, also used by staff, observed in good sanitary condition
