Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Quats sanitizer pail was tested at 50ppm.
Corrective Action(s): Quats sanitizer must be maintained at 200ppm for proper disinfection of food contact surfaces. Solution must be changed every 2 hours or as needed during busy periods. Sanitizer solution was changed and tested at 200ppm at the time of inspection.

Comments

-Both sandwich coolers were less than 4C; 3 door cooler was at 4C; Undercounter cooler was at 4C; Front drink cooler was at 2C.
-Freezer was at -16C.
-Both hot holding units were greater than 60C. Foods are reheated in the microwave prior to placing in the microwave.
*Temperature records were not available at the time of inspection. Ensure records are maintained on-site for inspection.
-Cleaning and sanitizing carried out in the 3 compartment sink - sanitizer tested at 200ppm.
-Handwash station easily accessible and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels. Staff observed practicing proper usage of single use gloves.
-Vegetable slicer was clean and sanitary at the time of inspection.
-General food storage practices good at the time of inspection. Foods properly stored off the floor, covered, and protected from contamination. Frozen foods properly thawed in the cold holding unit.
-General sanitation good at the time of inspection.
-No signs of pests noted at the time of inspection.
