Measured at 22C. Operator stated that they were prepared less than 2 hours ago and they were going to transfer them to the cooler once they cool down. Corrective Action(s): - No time tracking observed. Ensure to time log the cooling procedure. Both products were transferred to a working cooler at the time of inspection. Violation Score: 5
