* Some water bottles were found stored underneath boxes of raw beef in the walk-in cooler. The bottle case were wrapped with plastic.
Water bottles must never be stored underneath raw meats or poultry. ( Corrected during the inspection)
* Remove push pins from the wall above the ice cream freezer ( corrected).
* Reminder to sanitize all common touch surfaces ( washroom door knobs, door handles, dining tables, chairs etc.) frequently throughout the day.

Walk-in cooler registered 2.5 C at the time of inspection.
Walk-in cooler ( back storage area) < 4 C.
Upright freezers below -20 C.
Internal cooking temperature of hamburger patty measured 80 C at the time of inspection. Good.
Under-counter refrigerators < 4 degrees C.
Hot holding of hamburger patties, onions and gravy registered 60 C or hotter.
Quats sanitizer at the triple sink tested 200 ppm
Quats sanitizer in red sanitizer buckets: 200 ppm
Hand wash stations supplied with liquid soap and paper towels
Ice cream deep freezer below -18 C.
Ice cream scoops held in cold running water. Good.
Temperature and sanitizer logs are up to date.
General sanitation is good.
