Follow-up Inspection Conducted for report#JCHY-D2GRPQ.
All violations in report#JCHY-D2GRPQ has been corrected:
-Underneath the stand-up freezers, preparation coolers, dishpit area, work desk in office area, and dry storage shelving units observed to be satisfactory. Rodent droppings underneath the previously stated equipment observed to be under control.
-Underneath the stovetop area observed to be in sanitary condition.
Monthly pest company contracted monthly. Previous report on Jan 25, 2024 noted bait installed inside and outside. Mouse trapped in monitoring devices noted.
Handwashing sinks well equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels.
NOTE: Ensure daily cleaning underneath hard to reach areas are conducted to prevent build-up of food debris, grease, and rodent droppings. Ensure at least one staff at all times during operation (opening, closing) must have valid FOODSAFE LEvel 1 certificaiton on site able to present to inspector for validation. |
