Hand wash stations supplied with liquid soap and paper towels in dispensers.
Quat sanitizer bucket, refilled during the inspection, thank you. Tested at >200pm (600ppm). Please ensure this is changed regularly and cloths are stored inside the sanitizer.
Coolers <4C.
Surface temperature of meats and mixed rice side >4C but internal temperatures are <4C. Be sure to keep lid on when not serving customers to maintain temperatures and change every 2hrs.
Other coolers <4C.
Hot holding soups 60C. Mushroom soup item is just below 60C internal temperature, turn up as necessary and stir often.
Sanitizer for 3 comp sink dishwashing is >200ppm.
Prep tables appear clean.
No signs of pests at the time of inspection.
