Observation: One cooler measured 11 degrees C at time of inspection.
Note: Minimal food storage (non-potentially hazardous). Cooler is being used for items such as whole vegetables and pickled items. Premises has adequate cold storage capacity at time of inspection.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure cooler is serviced so that it is in good working order and capable of maintaining 4 degrees C or less. Date to be corrected by: November 10, 2022.
Note: Continue to ensure that potentially hazardous foods are not stored in this cooler until such time. Thermometer is in place.

Routine health inspection conducted.
- Coolers at 4 degrees C or less.
- Freezer at -15 degrees C.
- Raw animal products not stored above ready-to-eat items.
- No hot holding at time of inspection. Reminder: Ensure foods are maintained at 60 degrees C or more for hot holding.
- Hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels in place for hand washing.
- Bleach water sanitizer available in labeled spray bottle. Note: Concentration measured over 200 ppm chlorine; bleach water sanitizer was re-made and measured at ~200 ppm chlorine. Poster provided with bleach water sanitizer mixing instructions.
- High temperature dishwasher measured at least 71 degrees C at the utensil surface during the final rinse.
- No signs of pest activity observed during inspection.
