Red tubs have been removed from kitchen, please remove the large stock pot as well.
Multiple smaller stock pots have been relocated to dishpit area for use.
No air drying of dishware on the floor observed.
FHA manual warewashing signs have been laminated and are posted on the wall.
Wet wiping clothes are submerged in 100ppm bleach sanitizer.
New chlorine test strips obtained and are in use.
Baguettes and frozen meats have been transferred into food grade bags or containers.
Mice droppings underneath drying rack have been removed.
Cleaning in the noted areas (coolers, kitchen floor, dry storage room) have been done - please ensure to regularly clean these areas to prevent pest attraction.
