- Walk-in freezer at -19'C
- Sandwich cooler inserts at 3'C
- Under-counter cooler at 3'C
- Beverage cooler at 3'C
- Hot-holding units at or above 60'C
- Temperature logs are maintained
- General sanitation of premise is satisfactory
- Hand washing stations supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel
- QUATs sanitizer at dispenser measured at 200 ppm QUATs concentration with test strip
- QUATs test strips are available on site
- 3-compartment sink available with drain plugs
- All food observed at least 6 inches off the floor and covered
- No signs of pests during time of inspection
- FOODSAFE Level 1 trained staff available on site
- Permit posted in conspicuous location on site

*NOTE: light in walk-in cooler is not functioning. Ensure to replace the light bulb in the walk-in cooler to clean and sanitize the walk-in cooler adequately and maintain good organization of food.
