Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): * Paper towels were missing from main hand sink area. Operator replaced immediately. Paper towels are required for hand drying after hand washing. Staff reminded to wash hands frequently to reduce risk of cross contamination
Corrective Action(s): * Ensure all paper towels available at ALL hand sinks in ALL areas. Ensure staff wash hands frequently through out day

Observation: * Food equipment found on floors along with buckets of sauces. Food and food equipment MUST be stored off floors and on proper shelving at ALL times. Also, dry foods (eg. flour) in opened bags found in dry storage room and kitchen. Opened bags of food MUST be kept in pest proof containers and OFF floors
Corrective Action(s): * Ensure ALL food/food equipment OFF floors to protect them from cross contamination! Dry foods in opened bags MUST also be stored OFF floors and in pest proof containers-- to protect foods from contamination

Observation: * Build up of grime/debris found through out kitchen and storage areas that is unsanitary-- and requires immediate cleaning attention.

Observation: * Some staff were not wearing proper attire while handling food and no hair protection. Operator reminded that staff handling food MUST wear hair protection(eg. hair nets, etc.) and proper attire (eg. aprons, etc).
