Observation: New droppings found in the same corner in the dry storage area.
Corrective Action(s): Monitor this area for dropping and clean and sanitize. Discussed with operator pest control monitoring. He has spoken to a pest control company. Provide copy of invoice or contract from a pest control company of your choosing. Rodent issue is ongoing so it needs to be addressed by setting up a reliable pest control monitoring.

Observation: More cleaning has been done in the kitchen but there are more areas to be addressed.
Corrective Action(s): Work though the list of items for cleaning and concentrate on one or two particular areas weekly. Once all items have been addressed, update the cleaning schedule and Sanitation Plan to ensure premises maintained in sanitary condition.

Comments

Some more cleaning done in the kitchen area has been done.
Proper containers now in place for storing equipment, containers etc.
All milk crates are being removed in the premises. More containers to be obtained for the dry storage area.
Code 209 corrected. No personal items found in the kitchen area and food items in the dry storage were covered. Shelving areas have been organized. Keep shelving organized to prevent cross-contamination.
Note: Provide pest control contract once a pest control company has been selected.
