Observation: - Frozen packaged seafood thawing in the mop sink in washroom
- Frozen chicken thawing at room temperature

- Hansinks in the kitchen and washroom are supplied with hot and cold running water, soap and paper towel
- Coolers are less than 4C
- Chest freezer are -13 and -15C respectively
- Sushi rice has pH 4.5 (tested with ph strips)
- Dishwasher dispensed 50ppm chlorine at the dishwasher during final rinse cycle
- Foodsafe is verified
- No evidence of pest activity at the time of inspection
