304 - Premises not free of pests [s. 26(a)] Observation: Mouse droppings found in the walk in cooler underneath the beer bottles and fruit flies were found throughout the kitchen. Corrective Action(s): Install UV lights for the flies, continue to have pest control come on site for both the flies and the mice. Violation Score: 15 306 - Food premises not maintained in a sanitary condition [s. 17(1)] Observation: Sanitation continues to be poor underneath equipment. There was a buildup of grease and food scraps observed. Corrective Action(s): Clean underneath the cook line regularly and underneath all other equipment. Comments

As per Fraser Health's Progressive enforcement policy, failure to take action will result in enforcement action taking place. Follow up inspection in approximately one month. The blue stand up cooler across from the dishwasher was removed and was replaced with shelving.
