Observation: Mouse droppings found in the walk in cooler underneath the beer bottles and fruit flies were found throughout the kitchen.
Corrective Action(s): Install UV lights for the flies, continue to have pest control come on site for both the flies and the mice.

Observation: Sanitation continues to be poor underneath equipment. There was a buildup of grease and food scraps observed.
