Observation: - Food debris/dirt noted at edge of floor under shelving across from dishwashing area
- Grime and miscellaneous debris noted on floor underneath handsink on left service counter (opposite side of drive thru)
- Mildew noted on upper seal on milk/cream dispenser at drive thru
Corrective Action(s): - Thoroughly clean above noted areas and ensure they are maintained in a sanitary condition. [13-Dec-2019]

308 - Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces are not in good working order [s. 16(b)]
Observation: - Handsink at right side of service area is not draining properly. Staff on duty reported that a plumber has been contacted.
- Seal/gasket on undercounter cooler in drive thru area is damaged. Gap noted at top with cold air escaping from unit. (Note: temperature of unit was <4C)
Corrective Action(s): - Repair handsink so that it drains properly and is in good working order
- Replace seal/gasket on undercounter cooler so that door is fully closed and gap is no longer present.

- Handsinks and staff washroom supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel
- Coolers were operating at acceptable temperatures (4C or colder):
- Walk-in cooler 4C
- Beverage display cooler 1C
- Sandwich line cooler 4C
- Undercounter cooler (drive thru) 1C
- Undercounter cooler (left service counter) 3C
- Milk/cream dispensers (drive thru) 4C; (left counter) 2C; (right counter) 3C
- Walk-in freezer -14C
- Hot holding of potentially hazardous foods was at acceptable temperatures:
- Soups 67-74C; Eggs 68C; Potato wedges 71C; Bacon 71C; Grilled chicken 61C
- High temperature dishwasher was operational and met required sanitizing temperature. Final rinse measured 77.9C at dish surface.
- Quats sanitizer solution present from dispenser at warewashing sink and in sani pails with wiping cloths. Concentration of solutions tested measured 200ppm.
- No signs of pest activity noted at the time of the inspection.
- Temperatures of cold holding, hot holding units monitored and recorded on Tim Hortons App on ipad.
