Observation: Take out cups being store in front of the wall mounted soap dispenser.
Paper towel dispenser has a roll of household paper towels sitting on top and nothing in the dispenser. Staff cannot reach the soap or paper towels
Corrective Action(s): Re-organize the counter so soap is in reach, or purchase a pump for the counter. Purchase paper towels that go in the dispenser or get a counter top dispenser for the house hold rolls so they can be used properly by Wednesday June 7
