Routine inspection conducted today:
Handwash stations, including staff washroom, were accessible, equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel.
All refrigeration units were at 4C or below.
All freezer units were at -18C or below.
In general, the storage hierarchy is good (raw meat stored below produce and ready-to-eat food) and food was mostly stored protected - great improvement since the last routine inspection.
Rice was hot holding at 70.0C in the rice cooker.
Proper dispensers, with handles, noted in bulk food containers. Reminder to always store the dispensers with the handles extending out and away from the food.
Bleach sanitizer spray bottle was available in the kitchen. 200 PPM chlorine residual detected.
High temperature dish machine was noted at 71.0C at the plate level during the rinse cycle.
No signs of pest noted during the inspection.
Overall, great improvements noted since the last inspection. No repeated violations were noted during this inspection. Keep up the good work. |
