Observation: 1. Found spray bottle to have in excess of 200 ppm chlorine.
2. Containers, blenders and utensils are rinsed out between uses and sanitized once a day at the end of the day.
Corrective Action(s): 1. Dilute spray bottle so it is 100-200 ppm chlorine. 1 tsp bleach per litre water (note: spray bottle is ~ 750 mL). CORRECTED
2. All food contact surfaces must be washed and sanitized between uses, unless being used on a continual bases then they must be washed and sanitized at least every 4 hours. Run equipment through dishwasher at least ever 4 hours, may need to purchase extra containers and utensils to ensure good rotation through the dishwasher.

Observation: Dirt and food build up noted on floor under and behind equipment and shelving through out the premises.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure to clean floors all the way to the walls through out the premises, moving equipment as needed to get in behind and under.

- Hand sinks had liquid soap, paper towel, hot and cold water
- Spray bottle had
- Dishwasher had a final rinse of 85 C at the gauge and 77 C at the plate, on 2nd run. NOTE: if dishwasher has sat for long periods between runs, run the cycle twice to ensure rinse temperature is being met.
- No signs of pest activity noted during inspection.
- Baked goods are individually wrapped or under cover
- Ice machine is kept in a clean and sanitary manner.
