-Door sweeps to be installed on all exterior doors tomorrow morning. Continue placing all foods in sealed, pest proof containers. Hand sinks supplied with hot and cold water, soap and paper towels. All coolers were < 4 C. All freezers were < -18 C. Quats sanitizer was at 200 ppm. The dishwasher had 50 ppm chlorine. The glasswasher had 12.5 ppm Iodine.
