Follow-up to inspection report #KLIU-C5BQC4 All corrective actions have been completed. Sanitation in all previously noted areas is much improved, excellent work. No longer storing egg carton flats under prep table. Cardboard liners no longer observed being used in the premise. Noted: new grated covers have been installed under each air vent over the dishpit area to allow for more ventilation. Signature not obtained due to covid-19 protocols. Report reviewed with operator on site.
