Areas under front sinks and other shelf not addressed properly. Showed operator. He will perform "super" cleaning and send pictures of results. OK. Make sure staff responsible for clean up at the end of the day and at scheduled intervals are audited for quality of work. Walk-in cooler better and reorganized, including shelves on wheels. Continue to work on keeping this area (including these new shelves) adequately clean.
