Comments

-Handsink supplied with hot and cold water, liquid soap and paper towel
-Reviewed receiving, storage, production and packaging procedures with Warehouse Manager. Raw product is stored away from roasted/finished product.
-Typically, chlorine sanitizer (100-200ppm) is used for sanitizing bins where beans are stored. Currently, quats sanitizer (200ppm) which is used in the caffe is being used.
-Pest Control contract in place with monthly service. Retain service reports on-site. Follow recommendations of Pest Control Technician.
*Cupping area is not used for service to the public; however could use some cleaning and organization.

Note: Plans to convert adjacent space to a commissary kitchen were submitted to Fraser Health; however, have not been approved. Director of Caffe Operations reported the project will not be proceeding at this time. Walk-in cooler is not on/not in use. Space is currently being used for storage of excess equipment/staff meeting area. In future, should you decide to proceed with project, review and written approval from Fraser Health is required.
