Observation: 1) Buildup of flour, seeds, baking ingredient debris on shelves and equipment in kitchen. Staff indicate that cleaning is done daily
2) Racks in walk in cooler, racks above 2 compartment sink, as well as floor of walk in cooler has buildup of debris
Corrective Action(s): Ensure that shelves and equipment are also wiped down at end of day to prevent any continued buildup of debris.

Routine inspection conducted: Premises operates as pizza kitchen and as bakery ("Sahar Bakery")
Thorough cleaning is required throughout kitchen as mentioned above

Premises has 3 sinks in the front area (one handsink and a 2 compartment sink). Only one of the compartments is being used (as a handwashing sink). As you only have a 2 compartment sink in the back area to wash dishes (previously approved), use one of the sinks in the front area as your prep sink (to wash and prepare vegetables, etc). Keep this sink free of obstructions at all times.
