Followup inspection to Rpt # VCHN - ASEQBR: Kitchen manager in the process of updating food safety and sanitation plans. Shelving unit heights adjusted for shelves in the walk in cooler. All food products stored off the floor. Temperature monitoring log sheet created and to be used. Reminder to monitor and record temperatures on a daily basis. Have records available for review at all times.
