Routine inspection conducted:

- Front line prep cooler at 4 degrees C (above) and 2 degrees C (below)
- Beverage cooler at 2 degrees C
- Reach in cooler at 3 degrees C
- Freezer at -20 degrees C
- Hot holding internal temperatures (hot dogs, meats, sauces) at 60 degrees C or more
- Thermometers available for cooler units. Functional probe thermometer available for internal temperature checks.
- Daily temperature and sanitizer concentration records are well maintained
- Hand washing station is unobstructed and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels.
- Wiping cloths stored in quaternary ammonium compounds (quats) sanitizer at 200 ppm. Three compartment sink set up for manual warewashing--quats at 200 ppm. Test strips available on site.
- Ice machine and ice bin in clean condition. Ice scoop stored safely.
- FOODSAFE requirements met at time of inspection.
- No evidence of pest activity noted.

Note: Ceiling tiles near ventilation hood canopy appear to be stained and possibly coated in grease. Please ensure these tiles are properly cleaned.
