Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): 1) Cut tomatoes, lettuce etc. stored in the small sandwich cooler were measured to be 8C. 2) Butter stored in produce cooler was at 10C and cranberry sauce was left on the counter.
Corrective Action(s): 1) Please monitor food temperature and to reloate food to cooler at 4C or colder if temperature does not come down. 2) Butter relocated to working cooler at 3C, cranberry sauce placed in cooler at 4C. Remember to refer to product label and to refrigerate after opening or keep product refrigerated.

Observation: Rice scooper left on the counter. No time tracking, staff informed that scoppers are typically cleaned and sanitized after lunch rush (1 hour) and then left there till dinner service. No freezer in units and no ice.
Corrective Action(s): Discussed to buy an additional rice scooper. Clean and sanitize the scooper every 4 hours at minimum.

Corrective Action(s): Staff adjusted sandwich cooler at time of inspection. If produce cooler will be storing potentially hazardous food, please lower the temperature. Please replace the thermometer in this cooler as it is not working (showing 2C).
