Observation: No hot water in both handwashing stations in the kitchen.

Hot water tank was serviced as part was installed yesterday as per owner. Please forward the service report as it was e-mailed.
Hot water at kitchen handsink is at 46C and the handsink by dishwasher is at 40C.
A new and working thermometer is placed inside the walk-in freezer.
Foodsafe certified staff present at time of inspection. Owner mentioned that staffs shall be registered for a national Foodsafe class. Please forward me the course name to ensure it is an approved course.
Pest control reports reviewed, discussed taking preventative measure to Pest Control report comments including sealing holes etc. in rear of building to deter pest entry.
More thorough cleaning is required around pop and juice machines.
