Comments

A complaint was received about a 2-3" brown hair found in amongst the lettuce inside a prawn salad roll ordered on May 13, 2019. Ensure staff are wearing hair protection.
Ensure raw meat is stored below cooked.
Obtain ice wands.
One staff at the back prep area is FoodSafe certified but no one else is. Please train more staff in FoodSafe.
Recommending storing in use wiping rags in sanitizing solution.
Temperature of equipment, e.g., dishwasher, refrigeration units are satisfactory.
