Observation: Abundance of seseame seeds on floor and in various corners behind main prep counter.
The floor is greasy to walk on. Oil can be seen under these main counters.
Tile grout has seseame seeds embedded, old and recently spilled.
Corrective Action(s): Deep clean grout in floors.
Clean in corners, behind and underneath main counters to get rid of grease. Recommend using a good degreaser for deep clean and then maintain with the degreaser on regular basis.

Hand wash stations adequately supplied with soap and paper towels.
Sanitizer levels Quat at 600ppm, please adjust to 200ppm. Manager said they are also using Oxivir as per AW sanitation plan for cleaning and disinfection of tables, surfaces, food counters.
Front end drinks, take out and drive through service area is generally clean, organized, well maintained.
Operator and drive through staff were observed to wash hands frequently during the inspection, thank you.

Dry storage area generally clean and organized.
Walk in cooler, milk cooler and upright coolers <4C.
Walk in freezer and meat freezer <-34C.
Washrooms maintained and checked regularly by staff, supplied with soap and hand dryer.
Staff washroom supplied with soap and paper towels in dispensers.
Kitchen is generally clean and well maintained.
Dishwasher sanitizing cycle, 75.4C at the plate.
