Corrective Action(s): Repair the automatic sanitizer dispenser and in the meantime mix the solution manually. Provide staff with measuring cup and spoons.

Comments

Some of the meatballs in the hot holding units were not hot enough ( interior temperature 125- 137F). Should be 140F or higher. Ensure that the lid is closed and stir them periodically.
Repair the light fixture in the walk-in.
Repair the door of the walk-in fridge so that it can be opened from the inside.
Milk is not kept inside the pop cooler but in the walk-in where the temperature is cold enough.
