Observation: 1. Mop bucket observed to be partially filled with water. This can serve as a breeding ground/water source for pests.
2. Door sweep of door at kitchen damaged; light can be observed coming in. Pests can potentially enter the facility through gaps in the door sill.
Corrective Action(s): 1. Ensure staff empties mop bucket fully after cleaning.
