Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Paper towel dispenser in staff washroom was empty at time of inspection.

- Food storage organized, covered, and dated
- High-temperature dishwasher reached 73C at plate level on final rinse cycle

- No signs of pest activity noted at time of inspection
- Burger toppings and condiments kept in inserts at room temperature, leftovers discarded every 2 hours **Ensure to keep timing logs or stickers
