Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): AGAIN observed egg cheese tarts and matcha cheese tarts stored at room temperature in the same wooden enclosure above the display cooler. This was cited in the last routine inspection report!

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Cooked rice observed in two large buckets at room temperature -operator indicates it has been there for over 3 hours

Cooked rice is a potentially hazardous food! There is a "warm setting" on your rice cooker specifically for this purpose

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): No bleach sanitizer available at back kitchen -worker did not know what to use to clean the food preparation surfaces when contaminated
Corrective Action(s): Bleach sanitizer must be available for cleaning food contact surfaces -at least one spray bottle for the front and the back areas. Workers must be trained what to use to clean surfaces.

Submit professional pest control report within one week. If you are unable to obtain the pest control report from your landlord then you must hire a pest company to monitor for pests
