2) Knife block cannot be adequately cleaned; recommend magnetic strip instead

1) Water dripping from ceiling of walk-in cooler
2) Tubing for sanitizer in dishwasher did not pull sanitizer during initial run

Comments

General
- handwashing station stocked with soap, paper towels and hot and cold running water
- sanitizer measured 200ppm chlorine in spray bottles - when in operation, ensure that any wiping cloths are stored in sanitizer solution
- dishwasher dispensed 50ppm chlorine at final rinse cycle after operator fixed tubing
- ice machine is off at time of inspection
- no obvious signs of pests
