2) Hand soap pump was in bad condition
3) Freezer near smoothie area was held in place by duct tape; bottom drawer was measured to be 4C (no food items were placed in the bottom drawer)
Corrective Action(s): 1) Repair/replace pipes and/or sink as needed to ensure no leaking

- 200 ppm chlorine bleach available in spray bottles
- Freezer by smoothie area was -18C or lower
- Display cooler was 4C or lower
- Upright display freezer was -18C or lower
- Walk in cooler was 4C or lower
- Walk in freezer was -18C or lower
- Food storage was adequate; food items were stored 6 inches off of the ground
- No pest activity was observed during inspection
- General sanitation and cleanliness was adequate
