Follow up to initial inspection conducted.

-New high temperature dishwasher installed; achieved 71C at plate level after rinse cycle.

-Sliding glass door cooler has been repaired and is now at 3C.

-Freezer in domestic cooler/freezer combo is now at -13C.

-As discussed, prep must be done prior to opening due to limited prep space.

-Operator will be removing old furniture in back area that is not needed for operation.

-Collected cheque #021 in amount of $50.00 for permit fee.
