Follow up inspection to report #F00241031:

- All potentially hazardous food items stored at < or = 4C.
- Handwashing sink was free of any equipment, made easily accessible by staff.
- Operating Permit mounted on the wall in a conspicuous area.
- Most food items were stored covered inside the freezer/coolers. Mostly well organized.
- One-door cooler at front measured at 4C. A new unit replaced the older unit.
- No further issues noted.
