Follow-up inspection to inspection conducted on Oct 5, 2018 (RPT#: JMAA-B59UAQ).

- Temperature of prep cooler at 2C at time of inspection (both upper and lower compartments)
- Temperature log history for 9 AM, 11 AM, and 1 PM show that temperatures for all food items inside the cooler were consistently less than 40F - excellent
- Area behind coffee machines and coffee mixers is now in sanitary condition. Ensure that you regularly wipe up any syrupy residues and clear out the dust from the machine vents
