Observation: First line cooler temp (air) is > 4 oC at 12 oC to 16 oC - it has been stocked for 1 hr or so might be due to opening-it is very close to the cook line.
Corrective Action(s): Monitor the unit in 1 hr and if temp is still elevated repair. Send a report via email to fatemeh.emami@fraserhealth.ca

- Handsinks maintained with hot & cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel
- 200ppm QUAT sanitizers preset at multiple locations
- 100ppm chlorine achieved at low temp. dishwasher
- 100ppm chlorine achieved at glasswasher
- Coolers <4C and freezers <-18C withe exception of noted line cooler
- Temp. log is in active use for receiving, cooling, equipment etc.
- Staff show good hygiene
- No signs of pest activity
-Temp log sheet on site and up-to-date.
-General sanitation is very good.
