Follow up inspection to MTRG-AENUAM The follow deficiencies have been corrected: - Pickled veg no longer being offered for sale - Droppings have been removed from back of facility NOTES: - Continue to monitor for pests and apply appropriate control measures - Send in Food Safety Plan for dehydrated yogurt for Environmental Health Officer before any production commences. Approval for this must be obtained prior to manufacturing.
