Follow-up inspection to routine inspection conducted on March 5, 2018 (RPT #:JMAA-AWKTJ9). Facility is well maintained and operated at time of inspection.

All deficiencies from previous inspection have been corrected - excellent:

- Ventilation slats and ice machine have been cleaned and sanitized as instructed
- Longer handles have been obtained for the scoops so that the handles do not contact the flour. The handles are stored inside the container of dry storage goods
- All food items inside coolers were covered, raw meat was placed on the bottom shelf

Note: Although the back kitchen was not in use at time of inspection, operator understands proper use of the sanitizing pail. If cloths are to be used to wipe cutting boards and knives, they should be placed inside a sanitizing pail with 100 ppm bleach to actively sanitize the cloth and kill bacteria and viruses. Sanitizer spray bottles may be used for counters and tables. Alternatively, you may use a new cloth to wipe each time and launder them at the end of the day.
