Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): PIzza preparation cooler was found to be 7-9 degrees Celsius
Corrective Action(s): Cooler must be capable of storing foods at 4 degrees Celsius or less. Staff adjusted thermostat at time of inspection to lower the temperature.

Observation: The rubber door seals on the pizza preparation cooler and small pizza dough cooler are filthy.
Corrective Action(s): Clean the door seals and ensure they are kept clean on a regular basis.

Observation: Hand wash station in back area not stocked with liquid soap and paper towels.

Observation: Small preparation cooler (for salads) is not working.
Corrective Action(s): Cooler was not in use at time of inspection. Manager said cooler has been out of order for some time and walk-in cooler and/or pizza preparation cooler is being used to store salads. Repair or replace the cooler to ensure it is capable of storing foods at 4 degrees Celsius.

General observations:
All other coolers were 4 degrees Celsius or less.
Freezer was -18 degrees Celsius.
Coolers and freezers equipped with thermometers.
Food storage practices are generally good.
Storage areas are generally organized.
Front hand sink and washroom hand sink are stocked with liquid soap and paper towels.
Food handler hygiene appeared satisfactory.
Quats sanitizer (spray) was 200ppm.
General sanitation is satisfactory.
No signs of pests observed.

Manager said renovations to the store are still planned but actual time line is still unknown. Please ensure to submit floor plans for review and approval prior to commencing renovations.
