Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): (Repeated violation) Following potentially hazardous foods were discarded due to time and temperature abuse (amount discarded approximately full of 1/9 size 2" deep inserts per item):
- sliced tomato, red onion, cucumer
- processed cheese, goat cheese, feta cheese, parmesan cheese
- corn, sweet potatoes, diced eggs, sprout, chopped cilantro and parsley
- chicken breast and sliced turkey breast
- Red pepper hummus and cranberry mayo
- Chickpea, lettuce, red cabbage, diced fruits
- Macaroni and pesto bow tie pasta

Internatl temperature measured in between 10 - 16C

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Soup in hot holding unit measured at 55C internally. Staff discarded the soup at this time.

Observation: (Repeated violation) Display cooler was measured at 9-16C depending on the location of thermometers.
Corrective Action(s): The display cooler is to be serviced. Temperature must be maintained at or below 4C at all time.

Routine inspection conducted:
Hand washing stations fully equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towels.
General sanitation is adequate.
Walk in cooler measured at 4C or less.
Walk in freezer measured at -18C or less.
Drink cooler measured at 4C or less.
Food contact surface sanitizer measured at 200 ppm QUATS.
Flies observed on sticky traps; however, active pest activities were not observed at this time.
Deli slicer in sanitary condition.
3 compartment sinks well equipped for manual dishwashing.

The facility voluntarily closed at this time due to their operational challenges. Please contact your district health inspector prior to reopening.
