Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Again observed soda crackers stored directly under handsink -this was cited in the last routine inspection.
Corrective Action(s): Do not store foods directly under sinks as they have a tendency to leak non-potable water

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Frozen soup and meat packets sitting at room temperature for defrost
Corrective Action(s): Do not defrost perishables at room temperature.

Observation: Lone worker cannot access washrooms as a member of the public has locked the key in there and there is no backup available. As well the lone worker cannot buzz herself in to the washroom
