Health permit posted in a conspicuous location.
Sandwich cooler was serviced and is operating (not on defrost); discussed corrective actions to take if temperatures are inadequate.
Temperature records are in place - remember to write all weekly dates.
Door handle replaced.
*Sandwich cooler shall be replaced in the future if it is not able to maintained (<4C).
Cleaning under food prep table and counters was informed to be done but accumulated from lunch service. Broken glass also noted.
Staff recleaned the noted areas at time of inspection. Ensure to clean up food/liquid spills and broken equipment right away to prevent accidents.
->Manager is in the process of obtaining Foodsafe Level 1. Submit a copy of your certificate by e-mail when you complete the course.
->A copy of Food Safety Plan was available onsite, please scan and e-mail to me.
->Awaiting for transfat info from food supplier (e.g. nutritional table for sandwiches, pastries). Please e-mail to me asap.
->Ceiling light above dishwashing area is very dim, please replace.
