- Change the solution in spray bottle before the start of the shift each day.
- Concentration after adjustment is measured at 200ppm quats concentration

- All coolers - walk-in cooler, sandwich prep cooler, drinks cooler and undercounter cooler are measured at less than 4C
- Walk in freezer is less than -18C
- Hot holding units for soups and meat balls are greater than 60C
- No pest activity is noted at the time of inspection
- Food storage practices are satisfactory, all stored food is dated and timed
- Foodsafe is verified
- General sanitation is satisfactory
