Corrective Action(s): Replace single use trays with reusable trays or discard single use trays after every use. Violation Score: 3 311 - Premises not maintained as per approved plans [s. 6(1)(b)] Observation: 2/3 shelves in the BOH has been raised off of the ground 6 inches. 1 shelf is still at floor level and does not permit cleaning access underneath. Corrective Action(s): Raise the bottom shelf on one of the racks in the BOH. All shelving units must be minimum 6 inches off of the ground to facilitate easy cleaning. Violation Score: 1 502 - In operator’s absence, no staff on duty has FOODSAFE Level 1 or equivalent [s. 10(2)] Observation: Only staff member on site has not completed FOODSAFE level 1 training.
