All freezers were < -18 C.
Hand sinks supplied with hot and cold water, soap and paper towels.
Discussed proper cooling of chicken.
No evidence of pests during the inspection.
Low temperature dishwasher had 50 ppm chlorine at the plate level. Check daily.
Bleach solution was at 200 ppm.
